We will manufacture a high quality custom made memorial patch on 100% polyester fabric with a durable and water proof PVC plastic back. Then in just 7 to10 days time you will receive your memorial emblems via UPS. These Memorial patches can easily be sewn onto your club riding vest or leather jacket so you can ride proudly with your deceased club members forever.

Motorcycle Club Jacket & Vest Pins
 
Motorcycle Club Metal Die Stamped Jacket Pins to match your club patches exactly.
Our most popular Motorcycle Club pin style! When manufacturing a die struck or die stamped soft enamel style pin, a sheet of brass is placed under a revolving press and struck at very high pressure leaving an impression of your design deeply imbedded into the brass plate. The pin is then gold or silver plated and all the individual areas of the design are filled in with different colors of high gloss, enamel paint. Pins are then baked in the oven for a prescribed amount of time. All colors are baked at the same time saving time and money for our customers. For added color brightness and durability a clear epoxy finish can be added to the top surface of your pin and then baked in the oven again. Normally there is a small added cost for the clear epoxy top coat finishing process but it is worth the added cost as it protects the face colors of your pin indefinitely. Die struck soft enamel style pins are medium priced and also one of our most popular sytles.

About Printed Vinyl Decals
Let one of our talented artists custom design a vinyl decal for your club or organization. We offer most PMS colors for printing including some metallics.
Our vinyl decals include a clear peel & stick backing for inside and outside of the glass use.
All of our decals come die cut to shape on release paper and can easily be applied to most any flat dry surface. These heavy commercial grade vinyl decals offer the highest protection against UV and the normal outdoor elements.
Minimum orders start at just 500 pcs and yes we can match your new decal to an existing embroidered shoulder emblem or company logo. Prices are based on overall size, shape and number of printed colors.

Laser Engraved or Embroidered Warm Biker Fleece Wear

 Laser engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave or mark the garment. The technique can be very technical and complex, and often a computer system is used to drive the movements of the laser head. Despite this complexity, very precise and clean engravings can be achieved at a high rate.
The technique does not involve tool bits which contact the engraving surface and wear out. This is considered an advantage over alternative engraving technologies where bit heads have to be replaced regularly.
