With our full line of Tajima embroidery machines from single head to 30 Heads, no quantity is too large or too small. Rush deliveries are welcome at no extra charge. Normal delivery time is 15 days. All emblem prices include all art & digitizing charges. Just Fax or E-mail us your rough sketch or artwork and a written price quotation will be sent back to you within 1 hour. 1 week RUSH Deliveries are our specialty.
Direct Embroidery on our Advertised Garment Selections
The Moritz Embroidery Works will also be happy to quote on your direct embroidery and garment needs. With cap, flat & tubular hooping systems, you will find our prices to be very competitive and our quality to be of the highest standards. Custom direct embroidery is also available on our 3 new Tajima 12 head stretch wide field embroidery machines. We can work around your guaranteed delivery schedule.
Specialty Embroidery:
Chenille Emblems are manufactured on our Tajima Chenille embroidery machines and we can combine your Chenille Emblems with our Swiss Embroidery to create a really unique two dimensional custom design effect.
Bonnaz (Chain Stitch) Embroidery gives you that “old fashion embroidery" look and it is made on our hand operated Cornelli embroidery machines, one piece at a time, by our skilled machine operators.
Hand Bullion Embroidery (“raised" embroidery look) is used for custom made crests on sports coats & blazers or for specialty indoor banners and flags. Gold and silver bullion threads are always available along with a wide assortment of silk thread colors.
Metal Pins, Key Rings, Plates & Coins
Our prices are very competitive and we guarantee the brightest colors and highest quality on all of our die stamped, printed, cloisonné, pewter & other metal product types and finishes.
We take pride in all of our “one of a kind” custom embroidered and appliquéd Flags & Banners and we guarantee your full satisfaction. We also offer printed flags and banners of all sizes and types.
The Moritz Embroidery Works will custom digitize and edit your designs in just 3 to 5 working days. Just fax us your artwork or rough sketch and a quote will be faxed back to you including the approximate stitch count in the design. All custom digitized designs include a color print out and a live sewn sample. Our digitizing services are priced competitively and your designs are guaranteed to sew out with the highest quality possible.
